Delivery

Within the Netherlands:
Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Packages are typically delivered the next day, but this is the responsibility of PostNL. Mayke.com is not liable if the package is not delivered the next day.

PostNL does not deliver on Sundays, Mondays, or public holidays.

Abroad:
Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

Size range

We use Dutch sizing everywhere on our website. If a brand uses international sizing, we’ll list it.

This means the size you order may not match the size on the item you ordered.

Why are items sometimes out of stock

Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items in the webshop. Unfortunately, it may happen that an ordered item is out of stock.

The store and the webshop have the same stock, also when it is very busy in the webshop items can be double ordered. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible to solve it.

During the (pre-)sale, will I get a refund or a voucher?

If the order is not to your satisfaction and you want to return the items you will be refunded in the same way you paid for them. You will not receive a voucher.

What are the shipping/return costs?

Shipping Costs
Online orders receive free shipping on orders over €50 in the NL, BE, and DE (excluding discounted items).

Return Costs
Online orders within the Netherlands always include a return label, allowing you to return your order free of charge. With the exception of (pre-)sale items, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

For returns outside the Netherlands, you are always responsible for the return shipping costs.

I did not receive the item I ordered.

What if my order arrives damaged....

We pack our products with the utmost care. If an item is missing or damaged we kindly ask you to contact us at webshop@mayke.com or 013-5288330 so we can take care of a proper solution.

Which items cannot be returned (e.g. for hygiene reasons)?

For hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return jewelry and socks.
