Returning

You can return items within 14 days:

• Register your exchange/return online here.
• Mark the item(s) you wish to return on the invoice.
• Place the items you wish to return, along with the invoice, in the shipping packaging.
• Take the package to your local PostNL
• For packages from abroad, please send them to the address below:

• When your package arrives and we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email.
• We will refund the purchase price for returned items within 10 business days after receiving your return.

• When your package arrives and we have processed your exchange, you will receive a shipping confirmation for your new size.
• Would you like a different item? Please place a new order.

Online orders receive free shipping and returns within the Netherlands for orders over €50 (excluding discounted items). For returns outside the Netherlands, the return costs are always at your own expense.

You are responsible for return shipping.

Items purchased online can also be returned in-store.

• Register your exchange/return online here.
• Choose exchange/return in-store.
• Mark the item(s) you wish to return on the invoice and bring the invoice with you.
• Drop off your item(s) at our store.
• Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The purchase amount will be refunded to you within 10 business days.

The refund will then be made using the same method you used to pay.

All items purchased in our physical store can be returned up to 8 business days after purchase. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. You will then receive a full refund. Please bring your receipt with you to the store.

When you submit your online return request, you will receive a return label allowing you to return your order free of charge.

With the exception of (pre-)sale items and returns outside the Netherlands you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

You are responsible for your own return shipping.
